On Invisible Tasks
I've spoken about "hidden tasks" before but there's a subset of hidden tasks that can be especially deceiving...and dangerous to your productivity and progress.
Invisible tasks can be problematic because the only person that makes them invisible is you. On this episode of #3MoT I drive home the importance of making invisible tasks visible so that you can make sure none of them slip through the cracks.
