The "Work by Mode" Series: Activity-Based Modes
In the fourth episode in The "Work by Mode" Series, I speak to the category of mode-based work that serves to motivate you to act like no other. Why? Well, it's because it contains the word "act" in its name. I'm talking about Activity-Based Modes.
Here's a hint: Pretty much any verb is an Activity-Based mode, but you’ll want to use ones that pertain to your life in a way that you can connect with them more efficiently and effectively. That means you want to get specific and make them deeply personal.
This category of mode-based work is also the one that dances the line between being quantitative and qualitative in nature. It also lets you skip using a verb in your task title because the activity indicates what the verb is anyway!
