Thoughts on Delegating and Discovery
As I begin recording these episodes on a new audio device, I had a thought: Do I even need to be doing this? Can't I just outsource the production? Why am I spending time discovering instead of simply delegating this kind of thing?
So today I'm going to share my insights on the ebb and flow between spending time and attention on discovering things you want to learn about and when you should invest that time elsewhere and delegate instead. It's a conversation I have with myself every time I find something I'd like to know more about and I've got some tactics to offer you that I use to help me make better decisions on what to pursue on my own and what to pursue with the help of another.
